Peaches, six varieties, harvest starts late July thru Early September. Please see below for specifics.
There's nothing like the scent of lavender! Dried bunches and sachets. We have replanted our lavender after losing most plants to frost 2024 should result in an abundance of lavender.
We often have lilies and dahlias grown in our sub-irrigation shade house. Flowers are available from late May through August. Call first as some are pre-sold.
Organic cherries are expected to be part of our 2024 harvest. We have four varieties of cherries, Rainer, Gold, Balantine, and Lapins.
We sell in small and large quantities from 3 lb. to 20 lb. bags or boxes.
Red havens are Semi-cling, which means they are freestone when ripe. She is our “Free Spirit Peach” and is early to market! She is a bit of a teenager, gets a little too excited, grows too fast, and is a little thin-skinned. In the end, you will love her energy! Medium to large fruit with yellow skin, great deep red blush, firm, somewhat fibrous flesh, and sweet with a citrus quality. Excellent fresh, canned, or frozen. Casey Brewing uses Red Havens in Glenwood Springs for a stone fruit beer.
Starfires are Freestone. She is "flashy, feisty, and juicy." She thinks she is unique, and she is right! When you open her up, she makes a dazzling star design—brilliant red with firm flesh. Excellent travel quality. Lovely peach that is good for canning and freezing. Starfires are of high dessert value- great for pies. Occasionally a few are left during Peach Fest and are often used by Cerebral Brewing for Ripe Trait Peach IPA Beer.
Red Globes are Freestone. She is a "beauty queen and can be a bit of a snob." She is a very large, round, stately peach. Red Globes are one of the largest peach varieties. Skin is highly blushed red over a golden color. She has firm yellow flesh with an excellent sweet flavor. Great for fresh eating, canning, or freezing. These peaches make wonderful gifts boxes. Usually available during Peach Fest and travels well.
Come to the farm or find us at Palisade Sunday Farmer's Market late July thru early September.
Suncrest are a Freestone. She is "The Girl Next Door" you will never forget! You can take her home to meet the family. Large round melting peach with a very bright red over yellow skin. She has yellow flesh and good texture, and she's a traveler. Excellent fresh, frozen, or canned. Suncrest is always available during Peach Fest. All freestone peaches are considered "melting peaches," but Suncrest is one of the most "buttery" of all freestones.
Blushing Star is a Freestone and part of the Stellar family. She is our “unique boutique” peach with red color overlaying light pink on the outside but on the inside; she is a white flesh peach with excellent flavor. Very sweet, slightly acidic, and aromatic. Her superpower is that she does not turn brown when cut! She is excellent fresh and fabulous to add to charcuterie or breakfast platters. Suitable for canning and freezing. Sometimes available during Peach Fest.
Crest Haven is a Freestone. She is our “Big and Sassy Peach.” Drip down your chin with great juicy flavor. She is always eaten with a napkin! She arrives late to the party but makes quite an entrance. Crest Haven is golden yellow overlayed with red. She is excellent fresh and freezes well. It makes great peach iced tea, peach daiquiri, and peach margarita. Always available during Peach Fest. Crest Haven is the most popular Palisade peach reminding us that peach season is winding down.

This option is for those who like to be in an orchard, get their hands dirty, and take care of their adopted tree! Come to the orchard and pick out your tree; we host pruning, thinning, and harvest clinics. You will be invited to "The Great Ladybug Release," where we enjoy a light dinner and release about 52,000 ladybugs and green lacewings as our primary source of pest control. This option is listed on our Order Page, or call/email the farm.

Lavender is grown on the farm and includes several new varieties. We have the following types: Folgate, Irene Doyle, Maillette, Purple Bouquet, Tucker's Early, Impress Purple, Super, and True Grosso.
We sell fresh and dried bouquets and sachet bags from the farm and Palisade Market.
White and bright-colored lilies are grown in the sub-irrigation shade house. We also produce other bulb and rhizome flowers, including dahlias. The sub-irrigation shade house allows for minimal water usage, approximately 82% less water than conventional irrigation. We continue experimenting with different herbs and greens and hope to have more available this next year.
Come see us, sit by the river, enjoy a peach.
